Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final and non-refundable, regardless of whether the product has been downloaded or accessed. We do not offer refunds under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

• The product has not been downloaded.

• Accidental purchases.

• Buyer’s remorse.

• Incompatibility with your server setup or lack of technical knowledge.

2. Chargebacks and Disputes

Any payment dispute or chargeback will result in:

• Immediate and permanent revocation of your license.

• A ban from accessing updates, support, and future purchases from our store.

3. Support and Assistance

If you encounter issues with installation or configuration, our support team is available to assist you. However, this does not entitle you to a refund.
